Hey all!
So now we're in a place called Rethymno, still on the island of Crete.
It's a pretty nice little fishing type town that we're staying in for a few nights before we make our way back to the chorio.
We spent yesterday in a small village called Kadanos, and had a ball of a time! We stayed in a nice little room that Maria ( a different one) set up for us. We had the chance to meet a bunch of extended family, and I have to say, the Greek hospitality is top drawer. We didn't want to leave!
Everyone was so nice, and I want them to know, if they are reading this, that we had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will you all you guys in Athens when we get back to party it up!
Big thanks going out to Yiannis, Maria, Adonis and Irini, among others for making our time there so memorable. You guys are truly the best!
We found a nice little internet cafe, so pics will be posted tomorrow for you all.. not much else to report.. stay happy everyone!
